From June to July, the Hisense HVAC Americas Region conducted the Hi-Power capability enhancement competition, with over 40 employees from sales, technical, service, and management teams participating. Following preliminary rounds, the finals took place on July 15th–16th in Mexico City. Through topic-based presentations, participants shared insights, reflected on their roles, and proposed operational improvements.
The event highlighted the team’s professionalism and innovative thinking while strengthening collaboration and knowledge-sharing—enhancing their ability to serve customers more effectively. Hisense HVAC remains committed to talent development and teamwork as key drivers of future success.
